Classes

We offer a range of ballet, hip-hop, musical theatre, modern, tap, jazz and strength training.

45 minutes, 1x per week.

Ages 3-4

Pre-School

These classes encourage the joy of movement, creativity, and self-expression.

1 hour, 1x per week.

Ages 5-6

Pre-Ballet

Establishes basic ballet vocabulary, barre and center work, and spatial awareness while still encouraging joy of movement.

45 minutes, 1x per week.

Placement by instructor

Ballet Levels 1-4

Continues training of ballet vocabulary by establishing more complex material, port de bras, and musicality.

45 minutes, 1x per week.

Ages 5-8 & 9-13

Hip Hop

Hip Hop is more than just a form of dance, it's a form of self-expression. Time spent in the Hip Hop classroom include warm ups, moving across the floor, style explorations (popping, locking, street, animating, etc.), learning amazing choreography and freestyle circles. These classes are for dancers who like self-expression, physical challenges, and a super fun time! Exercises focus on increasing flexibility and strength, precision and creativity, and most importantly, finding your own style.

45 minutes, 1x per week.

Ages 8+

Musical Theatre

A journey through the dance styles and eras of classical, traditional and modern musical theater! Focusing on the technique, performance quality and storytelling involved in musical theater dance. This class will perform in our annual showcase!

45 minutes, 1x per week.

Placement by instructor

Modern / Jazz / Tap Level 1+2

This class will be based on the techniques of classical ballet but will allow for more freedom of movement, improvisation, expressing of oneself. Classical jazz (modest) will be introduced, as will tap. This class is available to students enrolled in Ballet 1. Teacher will place based on experience.

45 minutes, 1x per week.

18+

Adult Ballet

Our Adult class offerings are one of a kind! Our Adult students consist of all levels (beginner - advanced) and have come together in this safe space to move, grow, create, and to just BE in community with one another.

45 minutes, 1x per week.

Modern 3+4

This class will be based on the techniques of classical ballet but will allow for more freedom of movement, improvisation, expressing of oneself. This class is available to students enrolled in Intermediate/Advanced Ballet. Teacher will place based on experience.

45 minutes, 1x per week.

Pre-pointe

This class is a pre-cursor to pointe. This class will focus on strengthening the foot and ankle, proper alignment and increasing endurance. This is an additional class and teacher placement is required. Pre-Pointe shoes are required for this class.

1 hour, 1x per week.

Pointe

Students who take pointe are required to take 2 weekly technique classes in addition to their pointe class.

Enjoy one-on-one private lessons to take your dance technique to the next level! Private class offering include, but are not limited to the following: ballet, modern, pointe, and more.

Group and 1-on-1

Strength Training

Taught by a certified personal trainer and health coach.

Ages 3-5

Tumbling Tots

Students must be fully potty-trained, and able to be in this class independently. Further, this class teaches pre-recreational gymnastics with fundamentals that will help your child grow in confidence, strength, mobility, body awareness and overall dicipline.
